Bethlehem School District is currently seeking applications for a 7.5 hour per day (7:30am - 4:00pm) Clerical Assistant.  Position is located at Bethlehem High School, located at 700 Delaware Avenue, Delmar.  

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Oversees the daily attendance process: manages and maintains accurate daily student attendance records in compliance with District and State requirements; collaborates with school staff and families to ensure accurate attendance reporting and record keeping; generates attendance reports and provides data to administration, counselors and other staff as needed; verifies and updates attendance information including excused and unexcused absences while maintaining supporting documentation; tracks student parking including collecting payments; answers all incoming phone calls; greets all students and visitors; sorts and distributes all incoming interoffice and US mail; processes and issues student working papers and accident reports in accordance with State regulations; supports the daily operation of the main office; knowledge of Google platform preferred.
